Altar (Rocky Valley)

The Altar is a structure in Rocky Valley. It opens the way to the dream Mysterious city. The Lazurite obelisk, Ruby obelisk, and Nephrite obelisk are satellite structures of the Altar and need to be reconstructed with it.
